Fitness

For the last fitness exercises we did before the final beep test, these were my results: 

Fitness workouts

A throwback in p.e. for fitness day we did the Guru pyramid which includes push-ups, squats, V-sits, burpees, fro-zones and other workouts. You start off by doing ten, once you have completed ten you narrow down to nine, eight, seven etc until your done. These workouts are very hard to complete but are very good for your body! I really got an intense workout on this day and enjoyed most of it.

Final assessment PE 10

This semester in PE has taught me a lot about my strengths and weaknesses. I've learned about what activities I'm capable of doing and what activities I should try harder at. In class I participate in all activities and try to keep myself engaged in the game even if I'm not good at it. I try to keep balance between staying fit after school and outside of school when I don't have p.e, sometimes I'll go for jogs or runs in the neighborhood with Amaneet. I also go to the park with my brother and Play soccer or go bike riding in the neighborhood and try to make that my daily fitness activity, I also try new things and learn if I'm better at them or bad. For example kick boxing, dancing or yoga. When I show up to pe I always have my pe strip, there is not one day I have not forgotten my strip or my clothes to change afterwards. In class I always help set up with my classmates and help them out within the game and participate, for example tag teaming while playing capture the flag, hanging a classmate a hand or just being respectful. I always show up to class early except for one time. I think at this time of year I have really improved myself, on our last beep test I got 6.2. I think I will give myself 80%.
