Fitness workouts
A throwback in p.e. for fitness day we did the Guru pyramid which includes push-ups, squats, V-sits, burpees, fro-zones and other workouts. You start off by doing ten, once you have completed ten you narrow down to nine, eight, seven etc until your done. These workouts are very hard to complete but are very good for your body! I really got an intense workout on this day and enjoyed most of it.

Final assessment PE 10
This semester in PE has taught me a lot about my strengths and weaknesses. I've learned about what activities I'm capable of doing and what activities I should try harder at. In class I participate in all activities and try to keep myself engaged in the game even if I'm not good at it. I try to keep balance between staying fit after school and outside of school when I don't have p.e, sometimes I'll go for jogs or runs in the neighborhood with Amaneet. I also go to the park with my brother and Play soccer or go bike riding in the neighborhood and try to make that my daily fitness activity, I also try new things and learn if I'm better at them or bad. For example kick boxing, dancing or yoga. When I show up to pe I always have my pe strip, there is not one day I have not forgotten my strip or my clothes to change afterwards. In class I always help set up with my classmates and help them out within the game and participate, for example tag teaming while playing capture the flag, hanging a classmate a hand or just being respectful. I always show up to class early except for one time. I think at this time of year I have really improved myself, on our last beep test I got 6.2. I think I will give myself 80%.

Mid-Term Report
For my class I know I have some bad attendance and to be honest aside that, I always try in P.E. activities and give it my all. Not only in class but I do activities outside of school as well because it is important for me to get use to it when I no longer have any physical education in school, I can learn to be active everyday so I will stay fit for the future. I plan to do more and different activities every now and then and P.E. made me realize that and a lot of things. In P.E. I always help with my classmates when it comes to putting away things, setting up things and helping out. I think I deserve a good B. The reasons for my attendance being away was my injury that occurred over the weekend on a hiking trip with my cousins, we were hiking on a trail by Bennett hills in Richmond and I slipped on a pathway which was closed. I thought I broke my toe, or ripped a tissue. I was sent to the nearest first aid and had a few X-rays done on my injury. All I had was a bone crack and was told not to be a part of any physical activity for a while. My recovery has been made although my doctor said about 2-3 weeks I still participated in physical activities. I always change for p.e. and am always prepared everyday. I also plan to stay fit for the summer!

Interm Report Bog
For the past four weeks P.E. has helped me improve in many fitness areas, I've participated in all classes except when I was absent. I think I deserve a S because I always try in P.E. and fitness days even though I've had two or three absences I aways commit to showing up early, I am never late to class. I think this class could improve by being more friendly and communicating with all your classmates. I also helped out setting up for circuit on fitness day, with Samyah and Amaneet , I did my best for each station and it was fun! I enjoy having P.E. in the morning because it energizes me for the day and keeps me physically heathy.

Pe 10 first fitness tuesday
Today was our first Tuesday fitness in which we did the beep test and fitness exercises, such as Sit and reach, Plank, Sit-ups and other exercises that make your heart beat fast and sweat real fast too! These exercises are for our health and staying healthy and staying fit.
